The Piano Works

“That healthful suburb dear to the heart of the piano maker”. This delightful title was bestowed upon the suburb of Kentish Town, home of The Pianoworks, by The Piano Journal in 1901. Today, this charming area retains many of its original Victorian style buildings, architecturally admired for their arched windows and chic rounded brick corners.

The highest standards of care and skill were invested in the creation of this stunning apartment complex. Both architects and designers have endeavoured to preserve many of the building’s original architectural features to reflect the unique era of the piano maker. These details have been stylishly combined with the use of contemporary details and finishes to enhance its appeal and capture the discerning eye of today’s investor and purchaser.

The Piano Works boasts a host of sustainability benefits featured in the EcoHomes Scheme set out by the Building Research Establishment (BRE).

These will provide longevity to the fabric of the building and, as an added benefit to apartment owners, help keep their utility bills down.
